BOOKING
CONDITIONS
- Rates are quoted per unit per night in South African Rand and are inclusive of Value Added Tax at 14%.
- All Rooms, Studios and One Bedroom units are inclusive of breakfast for the first 2 persons.
- Village & Life reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The balance of payment is due on arrival.
- Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express.
- In the event of a cancellation within 30 – 14 days of the confirmed arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- In the event of a “no-show” or cancellation less than 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Please note that the cancellation must be made in writing.
- Our check-in time is 14:00 and our check-out time is 11:00.
- The owners and management of Village & Life cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property or for any possessions of the guest occupying the unit.
- Reservations are subject to terms and conditions on check-in.
