With the freedom of self-catering combined with the services and facilities of a hotel, Village and Life's De Waterkant Village is a unique hospitality concept. A centralized reception acts as a service centre which allows guests all the comforts of a hotel in your own home. Guest services include daily housekeeping, concierge desk and tourist information. Properties have been immaculately prepared according to detailed guest specifications and graded between 3 and 4 star by the Tourism Grading Council.

Reception
Guests are offered a centralised reception where they will be greeted and attended to by friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Our staff assist with check in’s and escort guests to their accommodation.

Concierge
The Cape Travel information centre at 1 Loader has all the information regarding tours and attractions in and around Cape Town. Our staff are always ready to assist with bookings, tours and itineraries for guests during their stay.

Security
De Waterkant Village is patrolled by security staff on a 24-hour basis.

Housekeeping
Housekeeping Services are offered all year round for guests at De Waterkant Village. There is a refresh service offered daily to guests staying at
Village and Life’s De Waterkant Village, which involves a general cleaning of
the room, apartment or house. Linen is replaced once a week and
linen and towelling are supplied in the apartments and houses.

Personal Laundry
Laundry and dry cleaning services are offered to all guests staying at De Waterkant.

Luxury car or transfer service
Chauffeur driven services in a fleet of luxury vehicles can be arranged. The drivers are well presented and deliver a professional and discreet service. Other transportation is also offered and we have a minibus for larger groups or families.
